Committee Reviews Financial Accounts of Auditor General’s Office for 2024-2025

Dharamshala: A committee convened today, 18 February 2025, to review the financial accounts of the Auditor General’s office for the fiscal year 2024-2025.

The committee comprises Parliamentarian Geshe Atong Rinchen Gyatsen, Joint Secretary Tenzin Dolkar from the Department of Religion and Culture, and Deputy Secretary Dawa from the Department of Education.

In accordance with the budget rules, the committee was appointed by Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel and Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering Teykhang of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile. Prior to beginning their review, committee members consulted with the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker for guidance.

The committee unanimously elected Parliamentarian Geshe Atong Rinchen Gyaltsen as Chair and Joint Secretary Tenzin Dolkar as Secretary.
